I am Fredrik Holm, consultant and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in web application development within roles ranging from developer to architect to team lead to strategist.
I built my first websites back in 1996, and I've loved all things web ever since. Throughout the years, I've realized that what makes some teams more successful than others is rarely related to technology. Instead, it's the ability to adapt and adjust to the current circumstances, and the willingness to improve continuously. And most important, that their companies recognize their needs and embrace change.
Today, I specialize in helping teams with application development strategy, solution architecture and agile methodologies. I still do a fair share of coding to keep my skills sharp, but my primary focus is to make application development more efficient.

I have the solid technical knowledge necessary to scrutinize everything from architecture down to the code itself, as well as the skills needed to drive change at a higher level in an organization.
